Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Le Stampe (lestampe.studio) and anything you buy from us. We've kept them plain. By browsing the site or making a purchase, you agree to what's written here. If something isn't clear, write to us at hello@lestampe.studio and we'll explain.

What we sell

Le Stampe sells digital downloads — nothing physical. Each artwork is a single purchase that gives you four print-ready versions of a restored public-domain masterpiece: a borderless full-bleed file, a printed beige border, a museum-style caption, and a matched story print, each prepared at every standard frame ratio in 300 DPI, sRGB, JPEG. You print the files yourself, at home or at a print lab. We do not ship anything.

Ordering & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment and delivery are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for your order. That means Lemon Squeezy processes your payment and is responsible for collecting and remitting any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live. Your download is delivered instantly once payment is confirmed. If a download link ever fails to reach you, email hello@lestampe.studio and we'll make it right. Your license

When you buy a download, you receive a personal-use license to print and enjoy the files yourself. You may print them as many times as you like for your own home, gifts, and personal spaces. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or use the files commercially. The full terms are set out in our License, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The paintings themselves are old masters, long out of copyright and in the public domain. What we provide is the work we put into them: high-resolution restoration, color correction, and the print-ready files, borders, captions, and story prints we prepare. Those prepared files, along with the site's text, layout, and design, belong to Le Stampe. Your license to use them is described above and in our License.

Acceptable use

Please use the site and your downloads honestly. In short, do not:

• resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files, in whole or in part;
• use the files for commercial purposes or in products you sell;
• share, upload, or post the files where others can download them;
• claim the restored files as your own creation;
• attempt to disrupt, copy, or scrape the site or its systems.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

We take real care preparing every file, but they are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Screens, printers, papers, and labs all render color and detail differently, so a print may not look identical to what you see on your monitor. Le Stampe is not responsible for the results of third-party printing — the quality, color, sizing, or cost of any print you order elsewhere. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the studio grows or the law requires. The current version always lives on this page, and your continued use of the site means you accept the latest version. We won't change the license attached to files you've already bought.
