Refund Policy

Every Le Stampe product is an instant digital download. The moment you check out, the files are yours to keep. There is nothing to ship, nothing to return, and nothing for us to take back.

For that reason, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered.

But we stand behind the work

A policy is not a wall. If something is genuinely wrong, we will fix it or make it right. Email hello@lestampe.studio and tell us what happened — ideally with your order details — and we will sort it out.

Reach out if:

• a file is corrupted or will not open
• you received the wrong artwork or the wrong version
• a download link failed and you never got your files
• something about the purchase clearly went sideways

A note on billing

Payment and delivery are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also manages any sales tax or VAT. Where a refund is the right outcome, it is issued through them.
